Klaviyo is our primary recommendation for e-commerce clients due to its data model and segmentation capabilities.

How do you measure email marketing success?

We do not measure email success in isolation every email programme is evaluated against its contribution to overall commercial growth. Open rate is a signal; revenue per subscriber is the objective.
