CANVVS PLATFORM

ANGLO DOORSTEP COLLECTION

RUBIA WEAR

Canvvs had the community, the obsession, and the product. What they were missing was a platform sophisticated enough to match it. We built a custom luxury sneaker marketplace from the ground up. Buyer and seller experience, technical infrastructure, full launch. A brand that existed in person now trades digitally at scale.
Anglo were doing important work, but their acquisition model ran entirely on paid spend with no organic foundation. We rebuilt it around SEO, creating a compounding channel that reduced PPC dependency. Within 12 months, paid spend dropped 40% while inbound collections volume grew. The budget they saved went back into the mission.
Strong product, loyal audience, and an e-commerce presence that wasn't doing either of them justice. We went in across the full stack, technical SEO, content, CRO, channel sequencing. Qualified traffic up, average order value improved, cost per acquisition down. A brand that deserved a bigger audience now has one.

Testimonials

Improving our organic search visibility has had a significant impact on how effectively we reach families, young people and professionals who are actively looking for support and trusted information about epilepsy.

Through our partnership with Viaduct, our content is now far more visible within search and AI‑led discovery, meaning people are finding Young Epilepsy at the moment they need guidance, not just when they already know who we are.

The focus on high‑quality, well‑structured content and search intent has helped ensure our most important health information is easier to find, clearer to navigate and more aligned with the real questions people are asking. This has strengthened our ability to support families earlier in their journey and positioned Young Epilepsy as a credible, authoritative source for professionals nationwide.

Marketing and Content Manager @ Young Epilepsy
The results were significant, but what I keep coming back to is the approach. When Viaduct started working with us, we were in a category where paid channels were either restricted or simply too expensive to make sense. Organic was the only viable path, but nobody had really mapped out what that looked like for a brand like ours.

They identified a content angle around destination travel that nobody in our space was touching, built a structured strategy around it, and executed it consistently. Within eight months we had 91,000 organic clicks, 7 million impressions, and a brand presence we genuinely had not expected to have at this stage. More importantly, people are finding Freesmo at the moment they are looking, not just when they already know we exist.

That shift in discoverability has changed how we think about growth entirely.

Honestly, before Viaduct we were completely at the mercy of social. Eight organic visitors a month, the whole business lived and died by whether a post performed.

They built our search presence from the ground up and within 18 months we had 1,900 monthly visitors and 35,000 new users coming through search. But the stat that stood out to me was session duration. Double the industry average. These are not people scrolling past, they came looking for us specifically.

Social is still part of what we do, but we are not dependent on it anymore. That was the real shift.

We believe the best agencies leave more than results behind. 5% of our profits go directly to charity partners working across education, health and opportunity in underrepresented communities. Not a side project. Built into the business from day one.

Charity Partners

The best agencies don't just grow brands. They grow communities.

Anti-Slavery International

Anti-Slavery International works to eliminate all forms of slavery globally — from forced labour and child slavery to human trafficking and debt bondage.

CAMFED

CAMFED the Campaign for Female Education works across sub-Saharan Africa to support girls' education, women's leadership, and rural development.

Frontline AIDS

Frontline AIDS works with the most marginalised communities affected by HIV the people hardest to reach and most often excluded from health services.

Quick answers, no confusion.

Clarity about our process and services
How is Viaduct different from a standard SEO or digital marketing agency?

Most agencies sell individual services and report on activity, rankings, impressions, traffic. We build a six-phase system where every channel connects to the next, and everything reports to revenue. You get a growth architecture that compounds over time, not a monthly retainer that resets.

How long before we see measurable results?

Most clients see meaningful movement in qualified organic traffic within 60 to 90 days. Revenue attribution, connecting digital activity to actual pipeline and closed revenue, typically becomes visible within the first 90-day sprint. We set this expectation at the start and build it into your KPI framework before we do anything else.

We have had bad experiences with AI-generated content before. How is yours different?

Every piece of content we produce passes through four quality gates: factual accuracy, brand voice, editorial standard, and commercial intent. AI handles the volume and the research. Humans govern the strategy, the positioning, and the final output. You will never receive content that reads like it was generated.

What is the minimum commitment to work with Viaduct?

Retainers start from £2,000 per month and are structured around 90-day sprints with defined deliverables and commercial targets. There is no lock-in beyond the initial sprint. If we are not hitting the numbers we projected, you should not be paying us.
