Up to 5% of every contract we receive goes directly to our charity partners. Built into the model, not bolted on.
We commit up to 5% of annual contract revenue to charities and community initiatives. This is not a CSR footnote it is built into our financial model from the ground up as a structural commitment. When our clients grow, the community commitment grows proportionally.
Up to 5% of annual contract revenue committed to community impact before any financial year closes. Not discretionary giving dependent on surplus - a contractual commitment built into the cost model.
Support days funded across our three partner organisations - Anti-Slavery International, CAMFED and Frontline AIDS - tracked and reported annually with specific outcome data per partner.
Year-on-year growth in the number of people reached through Viaduct-funded programmes. Tracked against each partner's impact metrics, not aggregated or estimated.
The community commitment was established in 2020 as a structural part of the business model - not added as the agency grew. It has been in place since the first client contract.
Three organisations working at the intersection of global injustice and human dignity. We don't rotate partners. We commit.
Three partner organisations. One shared belief that commercial success and social impact are not competing priorities. We select partners where contribution translates into measurable outcomes, not just institutional fundraising.
Fighting modern slavery in all its forms, globally. The world's oldest international human rights organisation.
Our contribution funds frontline casework and survivor support programmes. Anti-Slavery International lobbies governments, supports survivors, and investigates and exposes cases of slavery around the world.
Educating girls and young women across sub-Saharan Africa. Transforming communities one classroom at a time.
Our contribution directly funds school fees, uniforms and materials for girls who would otherwise leave education. CAMFED's model ensures that girls who receive support become mentors to the next generation.
Reaching the communities most affected by the HIV epidemic those often overlooked by mainstream health responses.
Our contribution funds community-led HIV prevention and treatment access programmes, specifically targeting key populations that face structural discrimination in accessing healthcare.
Structural commitment. Transparent allocation. Verified impact. No private numbers.
Social impact is tracked with the same rigour we apply to commercial outcomes - specific organisations, specific funding amounts, specific programmes, specific outcome metrics. No vague claims.
Up to 5% of every contract value is allocated the moment a client signs. Not after profit is calculated at the point of commitment, before delivery begins.
Funds distributed across our three partner organisations every quarter Anti-Slavery International, CAMFED and Frontline AIDS in equal proportion.
Partners report verified impact data back to us every year specific programmes funded, specific people reached, specific outcomes achieved. Not a summary. A record.
Verified outcomesGiving figures, partner allocations and impact outcomes published in our annual review. No private numbers. Clients can verify exactly what their contract contributed.
Every contract signed grows the network of impact below.
Born in 2020, #DiversifyDigital is our commitment to making the digital industry more representative. We're members of the Better Business Network and report our social impact annually. The programme spans internships, mentorship and industry access for people from underrepresented backgrounds.
"Viaduct's commitment is structural, not performative. The funds arrive on time, the reporting is clear, and the team genuinely understands the work we do."
Impact reporting
We do not offer aggregated or vague impact claims. Each partner is named, each contribution specified, each outcome measured. If we cannot demonstrate meaningful impact, we change the partnership rather than obscure the gap with better reporting language.
We wanted a team that were aiming for the long term, not just a quick sale. They have been great, going above and beyond to make sure we laid the right platform to build from. I also love the fact that they are willing to share their expertise openly, when so many agencies try to keep everything secret.
From the blog
The 5% community commitment is not a marketing line. It is written into the contract and accounted for in every engagement. We explain how we arrived at that number and what it means in practice.
Every engagement we take on has a documented community commitment. Here is the framework we use to select causes, report outcomes, and hold ourselves accountable to the clients we work with.
Corporate social responsibility is usually performative. A contractual commitment to real organisations is different. We explain why the Community phase changes the nature of the commercial relationship itself.

It is up to 5% of the annual contract value - not Viaduct's margin, but the total contract revenue. On a £2,000 per month engagement, that is up to £1,200 per year directed to our three partner organisations. The percentage is documented in every client contract and calculated before the financial year closes, regardless of profitability.
We partner with Anti-Slavery International, CAMFED, and Frontline AIDS as our core commitments. These are long-term relationships, not rotating sponsorships. Clients can also nominate an additional cause meaningful to their business, subject to our due diligence. Any client-nominated cause is agreed at the start of the engagement and documented alongside the core partners.
We publish an annual impact report showing the total amount donated, the specific programmes funded, and the outcomes reported by each partner. This report is shared with every active client. Donation records are available on request. We are also members of the Better Business Network, which holds signatories to independently verified social commitments.
Every project you commission funds frontline work with Anti-Slavery International, CAMFED, and Frontline AIDS. Built into the contract, verified annually.
Growth Engine retainers from £2,000 per month. Every contract includes the community commitment.
