The Challenge
Legion of Vapers had a large product catalogue but was not ranking well for the terms their customers were searching. The business had built brand loyalty through their Facebook community but had not translated that into organic search visibility.
With hundreds of products across vape kits, e-liquids, and accessories, the opportunity was significant, but without a systematic SEO approach the catalogue was generating almost no search traffic.
Our Approach
We prioritised the highest-revenue product categories and optimised at scale, bringing each product page into alignment with the exact queries buyers use when searching for vape kits, e-liquids, and disposables.
Category pages were restructured to capture broader head-term traffic while internal linking was rebuilt to flow authority efficiently across the entire catalogue.
Supporting content was created around product education, vape guides, and brand comparisons - capturing demand earlier in the buying journey and building the authority that supported product page rankings.
The Results
In 10 months, monthly visits grew 6x from 3,000 to 18,000, page 1 product rankings more than tripled, and revenue increased by 350%. Search became the primary growth channel.
