 What is the minimum monthly ad budget you work with?

We work with clients from around £3,000 per month in total ad spend. Below this level, the data volume needed for meaningful AI-driven optimisation and multi-touch attribution modelling is typically insufficient to drive the improvements we target. For most clients, meaningful ROAS improvements require at least £5,000 to £10,000 per month in spend, depending on the platform and market. We will always be direct about whether a budget is sufficient to achieve your commercial objectives before any campaign launches.

How do you charge for paid media management?

Our paid media management fee is structured as a monthly retainer rather than a percentage of ad spend. This removes the conflict of interest that exists when an agency benefits financially from increasing your budget regardless of performance. Our fee reflects the scope of work: the number of platforms, campaign complexity, and creative output required. This is agreed at the outset and does not change unless the scope changes.

Do you produce creative assets, or does the client supply them?

We handle creative production as part of our service. This includes ad copy, static creative, and where required, video creative briefing and production coordination. Creative is not treated as a separate project: it is part of the campaign system. Our AI-powered creative testing framework produces multiple variations, tests them against real audience data, and iterates based on performance rather than opinion. If clients have existing creative assets or brand guidelines, we work within them.

How quickly can a new paid media campaign be launched?

For a new client with an established brand and existing creative assets, we can typically launch within two weeks of onboarding. This allows time for account setup, audience configuration, tracking validation, and creative adaptation. For clients requiring creative production from scratch or complex multi-platform architecture, the timeline extends accordingly. We do not launch campaigns before the tracking infrastructure is in place and validated, because data integrity is the foundation of everything we optimise for.

Yes. Agency transitions are a common starting point for our paid media engagements.
